Wiles+Architects is in a joint venture with JCJ Architects from Hartford. This project was a Renovate like “NEW” with Additions & renovations. This is a 5 phase project over a 3 year period. The school was built in 1972, with a student population of 1,500 & facility. Over the three year period the school will go thru a total renovation. All aspects of the school will be updated and code updates will be current. The school will be completely air conditioned. Indoor Air Quality was a major issue in the school. The IAQ has improved immensely, due to the new air handling systems.
