The project includes renovation and expansion of an existing community building to improve ADA access, upgrade restroom facilities, and enhance the exterior envelope. Work includes improvements to the south-side sun porch to expand the Community Room, along with updates to the gathering room, kitchen, laundry, office spaces, and restrooms.
