Wiles+Architects is in the process of designing an innovation center within an existing corporate building. Our approach was a complete interior redesign of the building to invite new innovations and incorporate the idea of onsite vs off site collaboration. The main focus of our designs include a new corridor in the center of the building that acts as a “Main Street”, smaller commercial spaces, and an opening on each level to allow light to travel to the lower levels of the building.
