This project includes a comprehensive exterior and structural update designed to enhance both the building’s appearance and functionality. The existing exterior siding will be removed and replaced with a new, modernized façade. A non-original greenhouse addition will be demolished and replaced with a new addition constructed on the existing foundation walls, maintaining the original footprint. This approach allows for increased ceiling height and new wall construction that aligns with the updated exterior, while preserving structural continuity and improving overall usability.
