This project presented unique challenges due to its location adjacent to New Haven Harbor and required careful consideration of complex geotechnical conditions. The development is fully supported on pile foundations and provides covered parking for all tenants. The residential program includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, and the site is enhanced by a nearly mile-long harbor walkway that offers direct access to the waterfront.
