A specially challenging assignment to convert the abandon Park City Hospital building into 120 Living units. Project included congregate, affordable, and supportive living units. All within one building. Working to save the existing concrete structural framing system while creating living units was like working a Rubik cube. By removing the old emergency room structure a green space was created for sitting and outdoor activities.
