The City of Waterbury has chosen Wiles Architects to provide an exciting design approach to the existing East Mountain Golf Club House. Our design approach includes creating a new exterior façade only at the front face of the building, in order to preserve the historic stone that encompasses the entire building, add a new concrete patio, a new golf cart storage area, adding a new locker room & restroom addition, new heating and ventilation system, and new plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems. This golf club house will also undergo assessments to the entire building to determine what additional factors require immediate attention.
